Naked Rutgers Student Followed People Around, Charged With Lewdness

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A Rutgers student, a 20-year-old man, was charged with lewdness after police said he walked through a main campus quad naked on Sunday, said a Rutgers spokeswoman.

This happened at 3:45 p.m. Sunday at Rutgers Livingston Plaza: Fellow Rutgers students provided video to Patch and it showed a young man naked, with his pants around his ankles, walking up to people and following them closely behind. At several points the man fell due to his pants being down around his ankles.

The Rutgers students who took the video were laughing, but passersby seemed eager to get away from the naked man.
